About Us
Management Customer Service Dispatchers Road Staff Sales

NY Minute was founded in April of 1999 by veterans of the courier industry. We were working for large companies and were frustrated by their inability to offer consistent, personalized service. We mortgaged our homes, sold our stamp collections, and put a simple business strategy in motion: Pamper our customers and punish the competition.

Please give us a call and experience the NY Minute difference

Brendan McNulty

Brendan is one of the founders of NY Minute. Brendan signs checks and says yes and no.  He takes customers to lunch and sleeps in his office afterwards. He manages the company's finances and enjoys flying and servicing the company's Dassault Falcon jet. If anyone has seen him or the jet, please call the office.

Rajeev Maini

Rajeev has been around NY Minute since inception. He manages the day to day operations, keeping a keen eye on service levels and monitoring key accounts.  If you ever have a delivery that requires extra attention, Rajeev is the one to talk to.  Raj has only one arm and enjoys mountain climbing and platform diving.

Mike Sirota

Mike has been with the company since 2001, first in sales and is now our General Manager, responsible for administration and our IT systems.  Our customers love our Web services, you can place and track orders. run reports, and view invoices on line thanks to Mike's efforts. Mike enjoys belly dancing and dropping matzah balls on pedestrians from his corner executive office.

Mike Borruto

Mike joined our team through the acquisition of Quick Trucking in the Spring of 2006.  We realized the need for a dedicated HR manager as we grew past the $6M annual revenue mark.   Brendan sleeps better knowing that someone else worries about HR issues and governmental compliance. Mike is classically trained Tenor, and was featured on the 1999 Emmy Winning recording, "Three Tenors and Mike".

Orlando Mulero

Orlando works in dispatch, assisting clients and couriers when things don't go as planned. If there's an issue with a shipment, chances are you'll here from "O".  He's been with the company for 6 years, and is quite popular with clients. People will hold for hours to deal with him directly.  Orlando surfs professionally and can be found on weekends riding the wake of fast moving barges on the East River.

Gleyn Shields

Gleyn, who spells his name incorrectly, joined the Minute last year. Before joining NY Minute, Gleyn flew Sea King rescue helicopters at the Chucky Cheese in Forest Hills. He saved over 200 children that would have otherwise been lost in the ball pit. Gleyn studies martial arts and likes to eat paint.

Bianca Henriquez

Bianca started with NY Minute as a courier. She is a very aggressive young lady; after she was arrested the 9th time for assaulting taxi drivers, we decided it was best to get her off the road and expose our customers to her anger on the phone. She is a terrific customer service rep, but God help you if you don't have your information ready. She works in a bullet proof cubicle for our protection.
Bianca is 19 years old and enjoys wearing her hair in a variety of styles. She enjoys Eastern martial arts and likes to collect and shoot guns. She has a pet Siberian Tiger named Kitten.

Dorian Francis

Dorian is the latest addition to the NY Minute family. She was a finalist in the first season of American Idol but was dismissed after getting into a physical altercation with Ryan Seacrest. He apparently tried to take her hat. He was in intensive care for three weeks. Again, please pay your NY Minute bills on time.

Brendan McMullan aka "The Tunnel Rat"

Brendan (same name as the owner but weighs less than 400 lbs) also came into the office after a brief career on the road. He was courier of the month in May of this year after being arrested for biking through the Holland Tunnel on a delivery. Incarceration seems to be a common thread at NY Minute. Brendan works in dispatch, helping clients and couriers when hiccups occur. He enjoys breaking his own bones and plays the tuba. He also accepts full responsibility for the current sub-prime lending crisis.

Renee Flowers

Renee joined our crew in 2000, and is the most accurate customer service rep we've ever had. She gets it right every time.  She hounds our fleet for manifests and shipping documentation constantly. If you owe her paperwork, she's holding your check.  She was a NY State Trooper prior to coming to NY Minute and is in charge of security.

Lucky Singh

Lucky started out as an owner operator for NY Minute back in 1999 and now manages our motor operations. He's in charge of all our cars and vans. He was the inspiration for the Oompa Loompa character in the 2005 film, "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

Jaron Campbell

Jaron is a utility player for the company, he monitors delivery status, solves delivery issues, dispatches all fleets when needed, takes a lot of customer orders, and manages internal employees' hair.  He started out as a courier many years ago and came inside in 2002.  Jaron is a male model and has appeared recently on the cover of Field and Stream and Monster Truck Monthly.

Roel Sandoval

Sales growth in 2006 required the company to open another messenger dispatch board, and Roel was the obvious choice to manage it.  He has earned the respect of his crew - it was tough at first because of his age.  He is only 11 years old, but is incredibly mature for his age. He works for crayons and cheese doodles.

Rough day Gleyn?

Jaron is so unhappy!

Jesse Singh

Jesse was acquired with the Quick merger last year. He is the most persistent and annoying sales rep we've ever seen.  He adds over $6000 per month in new revenue; most new clients agree to use NY Minute contingent upon Jesse's promise to stop calling.  Jesse writes children's motivational books. His award winning "Your Parents are Wrong" sold over 6 copies.
